Zambezi Is a WPI Grand Indies Finalist for UKG “Time Of Your Life”

There’s nothing like having a great place to work…or in our case, a great award-winning place to work. Zambezi’s integrated campaign for HR technology company UKG, “Time of Your Life”, is a WPI Grand Indies Awards finalist in the B2B category. Zambezi was nominated as one of 140 total submissions across 40 member agencies.

The campaign is anchored by a one-minute spot set to the classic Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes hit "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" where workers from the warehouse floor to the conference room celebrate that ecstatic kind of feeling that happens when you are part of a great place to work. The showstopping musical number shows that, with the help of UKG, work can be enjoyable, rewarding, and fulfilling, which is also very good for business.

Zambezi is honored to be selected among the creatively innovative and effective campaigns recognized by Worldwide Partners, Inc. and agency members around the globe.

The 360 campaign, with media led by Scale by Zambezi, debuted alongside a segment on The TODAY Show with UKG Chief People Officer, Pat Wadors, and TODAY Show’s Hoda and Jenna. With Great Place to Work, a UKG company, reporting that trust is the number one deciding factor on whether or not a company is a great place to work, Wadors explains the importance of trust in the workplace — being a great place to work today is not about ping pong tables and free food. Aside from fair pay, which tops everyone’s list for what they want most, research shows that Trust drives great workplaces.

We look forward to celebrating our nomination with our WPI partners during the Global Summit in May. In the meantime, you can view some “Time of Your Life” campaign elements here, including The TODAY Show and a drone show at SXSW:
